Cancel Anytime Before Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, paid features remain available through the end of the membership period that has already been paid.

How to Cancel

Members may cancel through the billing or membership-management option available in their LotterrAI account or through the customer billing portal provided by the Merchant of Record. If you have difficulty canceling, contact [email protected].

Account Deletion

Deleting your LotterrAI account, abandoning the account, or simply stopping use of the service does not necessarily cancel an active paid subscription. Use the designated cancellation process or contact Billing Support.

After Cancellation

At the end of the paid membership period, the account may revert to the Free membership level unless the account itself is closed. Features or saved information requiring Plus or Pro access may become unavailable after the paid membership expires.

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
