1. About LotterrAI

LotterrAI is an online software, data-analysis, artificial-intelligence, number-selection, lottery-wheeling, play-management, and informational platform designed for Powerball and Mega Millions players. LotterrAI is operated by J Baudanza, a sole proprietor doing business as LotterrAI. By accessing lotterrai.com, creating an account, or purchasing a paid membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a LotterrAI membership account. You are responsible for complying with any higher minimum age or other legal requirements that apply to lottery participation in your jurisdiction.

3. What LotterrAI Provides

LotterrAI provides software and informational tools that may include lottery results, historical drawing information, statistical analysis, AI-assisted analysis, number-generation tools, mathematical wheel systems, personalized number features, saved plays, strategies, Jackpot Playbooks, results tracking, alerts, and educational content. Features, usage limits, and availability vary by membership level and may evolve as the platform changes.

4. Lottery Tickets and Lottery Participation

LotterrAI does not currently sell, purchase, procure, transmit, redeem, or take custody of lottery tickets. LotterrAI does not accept wagers, bets, stakes, pooled player funds, or lottery prize funds and does not operate any lottery drawing. Any numbers, combinations, wheels, strategies, statistics, AI responses, or other information produced through LotterrAI are software and informational outputs. If you choose to participate in a lottery, you are responsible for obtaining any lottery ticket through a lawful and authorized channel and for complying with applicable laws and rules.

5. Results, Statistics, AI, and Other Information

LotterrAI uses historical data, mathematical calculations, software processes, third-party data sources, and artificial intelligence to provide information and tools. We work to provide accurate and useful information, but drawing data, jackpot amounts, prize information, AI responses, calculations, and other information may occasionally contain delays, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Official lottery operators and authorized lottery sources remain the controlling source for official drawing results, prize amounts, game rules, deadlines, and ticket validation.

6. Membership Accounts

Some LotterrAI features require a registered account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share a paid membership in a way intended to avoid membership requirements, usage limits, or access controls.

7. Public, Free, Plus, and Pro

LotterrAI may offer Public access, Free membership, Plus membership, Pro membership, and other plans or promotions. Current features, prices, usage limits, and benefits are described on the Membership page.

8. Paid Memberships and Recurring Billing

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Plus and Pro are recurring annual subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable billing provider or Merchant of Record to charge the payment method you provide for the membership price, applicable taxes, and other charges clearly disclosed during checkout. Current pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase.

9. Merchant of Record

Paid LotterrAI memberships are intended to be sold and billed through an authorized Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record may process payments, calculate and collect applicable transaction taxes, issue invoices and receipts, administer recurring renewals, process payment-related refunds, and handle payment disputes or chargebacks. Additional payment terms presented by the Merchant of Record during checkout also apply to your transaction.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal of a paid membership through the available billing-management process. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents the next renewal charge and does not immediately terminate paid access; paid features generally remain available through the end of the current paid membership period. Deleting an account or ceasing to use LotterrAI does not necessarily cancel a recurring subscription.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the LotterrAI Refund Policy, applicable law, and any requirements of our Merchant of Record.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse LotterrAI, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, scrape or systematically extract proprietary databases, bypass membership restrictions, use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the service, or use LotterrAI for unlawful purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

LotterrAI software, site design, original text, databases, statistical presentations, proprietary calculations, wheel implementations, interfaces, graphics, branding, AI workflows, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LotterrAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

14. Powerball, Mega Millions, and Third-Party Marks

Powerball and Mega Millions are trademarks of their respective owners. LotterrAI is an independent software and information platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the operators of Powerball or Mega Millions.

15. Service Availability

We may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of LotterrAI from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

LotterrAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LotterrAI and its owner, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on platform information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from your use of a paid LotterrAI service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Account Suspension or Termination

LotterrAI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, threaten platform security, or create legal or operational risk.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as LotterrAI evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, may also be communicated to registered members.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
